New Local - Workshop Jam: Fruits and spices from around the world.

Almost every nation has its own kind of jam, marmalade or chutney. This workshop aims at preparing a variety of such delicacies and giving insight into the background information and memories they may come with. The stories will be visualized during the workshop so that a later visitor can relate to personal processes. The participants will also design a label for the products made during the workshop. The jams, marmalades and chutneys may be tasted and bought on the spot during the festival days.
